Matt Talbot Icon

Recently searching the "blogosphere" I came across Terry Nelson's blog, Abbey Roads, where he posts regularly on current Catholic topics. He is also an artist and has created some work that I really, really like. In particular, and apt for this blog, is an icon he painted of Venerable Matt Talbot. Click here to see his blog entry for this painting. The blog where he displays his artwork is Up Your Street

My pleasure....I used some software to increase the resolution and ordered two 11x14 prints on canvas through photobucket. Will let you know how they turn out!

Happy Easter to you and here's a picture of the 11x14 on canvas. Came out a little dark and a little grainy. Tough to make out the "Matthew Talbot" but over all it didn't come out too bad.

This link will take you to a picture on Photobucket:
